Today is the Graduation day for our students (4 those who dont knw, I m working in a sch environment nw) so I nd to work extra till late afternoon...

Have the sudden urge to post abt my NEW colleagues!
Have bn in the company for abt 6months, hw time flies....
Wat I can say is that its a lot diff working style from my previous!
Pple here work fully in their own lala land...
They move and work like there is no govt or goal...
Like wat I told one of my ex-collague...after working here, bAbyGeR no longer use to b the noisy, cheerful, smiley little ger anymore....I haf ever since 'ZIPPED UP' and oni tok after work to my love ones...

Though ofc size is small, communication should b made easier BUT here it becomes NO COMMUNICATION...hahaha

P - 30+,very tempermental, vent anger on anything that is in her hands...mood swings very easily, always late 4 wk n blame from the taxis to the weather....hate mi to core (no particular reason), talks to mi wif millions of draggers charging at mi, likes to insult pple like there is no tml...
A - 20++, smaill padi, mouth wif no mercy, tik is very pretty, do things at her own liking and tok wif 'thorns', thinks she is very clever and can outshine all...NOT LOCAL,dislike mi oso - toks to mi like I own her a Zillion dollars!
CH - 20++, beautiful but kana influenced by P&A liao, no longer tok to mi, very sticky to those who 'help' her climb the ladder....
D - 60+, 'PA' of my Boss, very KPO abt everything, favourite line " I tell u something, don tell anyone" in the end all in ofc all knw abt the matter.... like to 'lick' Boss shoes...very pretenious, 2 headed snake - like to tok behind everyones's bk, the Indian CHief of the ofc...tok to mi harshly when I cant help her....
CM - 60+, Very KPO also, toks loudly, no respect for others, oni tiks of herself....want all things to b made easy for her and done her way... Favorite pple who 'carries her feet'...2-headed snake...
W - 40++, black faced everyday, dont admit mistakes, nv accept pples suggestions and nv admit her mistakes...very calculative....
M- 40++, my GM, very emotional too, make decision wif her mood....very attitude oso...try to put all her wk away...don really guide her juniors...

S - 40++, very neutral lady, always happy-go-lucky, also kanna outcast, her Sup don like her as she eva 'answer' her back....
G - 40+, not local...kanna outcast too.....always kanna 'attacked & play out' by certain pple as G is nt gd wif her English...
See hw small my ofc....but there is not team spirit or effort between one another...no helping hands too as all are doing diff job...nv mk an effort to cross learn or try to help out....
