I am badly sadden by this incident that had taken place today to me in office!!! My world came trumbling down from the sky.....I was shouted at by an idiot who tiks tt he is very POLITE!!! orh pls man....as if he is...I stinks lor!!! if he tiks he is the winner when the shouts...i would like to tell him...F*** off....U spolit my fucking day too!!!!
Here's the incident: (It happened thru the fone....)
Me: Good Morning, XXX company....how can I help???
Idiot: (very polite and nice) HI, I m Mr. H.....can U assist to check on my relief application status, as he had reg himself since last week.....
Me: ok, may I have his name?
Idiot: I dunnoe.....
Me: erm...wat abt his NRIC no??
Idiot: I dunnoe....
Me: Huh....how come u dunnoe?
Idiot: (shouting loudly suddenly) ARE U STUPID OR WAT....CANT U JUX HELP AND CHECK? Y MUST U GO SO STRICTLY ACCORDING TO THE BOOK?? U STUPID OR WAT?? HOW COME MS. C CAN HELP W/OUT ASKING SO MANY THING, AND YET U CAN???
Me: (shocked by the loud attack) Sir, I as i checki from my syst, I can see 2 drivers under your reg...so I need some info to clarify the details....
